Jones Fourth, Horton Sixth at Classic

SHREVEPORT, La. - Major League Fishing anglers Alton Jones and Tim Horton finished fourth and sixth, respectively, at the Bassmaster Classic on the Red River, Sunday. Jones’ three-day total weighed 45 pounds, 15 ounces; Horton tipped the scales to 44 pounds, 13 ounces.

Other Major League Fishing anglers competing in the Classic included: Edwin Evers (8th), Kevin VanDam (11th), Aaron Martens (12th), Takahiro Omori (15th), Bobby Lane (20th), Greg Hackney (22nd), Michael Iaconelli (26th), Jeff Kriet (27th), Dean Rojas (33rd), Ish Monroe (40th), Denny Brauer (44th), Shaw Grigsby (49th).

Todd Faircloth, who completed in the Challenge Cup as an alternate for Tim Horton, finished ninth.
