A native of Texas, Kelly Jordon has built a competition résumé that includes winning a Toyota Texas Bass Classic, 2014 MLF Challenge Cup on Ray Roberts Lake, and winning the 2023 MLF Invitationals event on Lake Eufaula. Jordon was one of the originators of the Toyota Texas Bass Classic, and a founding member of Major League Fishing and the Bass Pro Tour.

Did you know?
Jordon's hobbies include taking his kids hunting and fishing and spending time on the farm. Aside from bass fishing, Jordon's favorite is offshore saltwater fishing. He spent a summer as a commercial fisherman in Alaska and was a set netter for salmon on the west side of Cook Inlet, Chisik Island was home base.
