7. SCORING AND WINNER DETERMIINATION:
a. Game Tournament Scoring and Winner Determination: A Player’s score for each Game Tournament (the “Game Tournament Score”) will be based on the total cumulative weight of scorable fish caught by the Player’s Team according to the official Bass Pro Tour rules, found at https://majorleaguefishing.com/circuits/bass-pro-tour/rules/. The Player with the highest Game Tournament Score will be deemed the potential “Game Tournament Prize Winner” (subject to verification as described below).
In the event of a tie, the Player among the tied Players whose answer to the Tiebreaker Question is the correct or closest to the correct total weight of scorable fish caught by the winning Angler during the final day of the Tournament will be deemed the potential Game Tournament Prize Winner.
If an additional tiebreaker is needed, the Player from among the remaining tied Players with the earliest Official Entry Time will be declared the potential Game Tournament Prize Winner.
b. Overall Game Scoring and Overall Winner Determination: After the Game has ended, each Player’s Game Tournament Scores will be combined to determine each Player’s Overall Game Score (the “Overall Game Score”). The Player with the highest Overall Game Score will be deemed the potential “Overall Game Prize Winner” (subject to verification as described below). Please note: If a Player does not create a Team and subject an Entry for a given Game Tournament, the Player ‘s Game Tournament Score for that Game Tournament will be 0.
In the event of a tie, the Player among the tied Players with the highest single Game Tournament Score will be deemed the potential Overall Game Prize Winner. If an additional tiebreaker is needed, the Player among the remaining tied Players with the earliest Official Entry Time for the 2026 Bass Pro Tour Stage 7 Game Tournament will be deemed the potential Overall Game Prize Winner.
c. The “Beat JT Kenney Game” Scoring and “Beat JT Kenney Game” Winner Determination: After each Game Tournament, the Players whose individual Game Tournament Scores are higher than JT Kenney’s Game Tournament Score will receive positive points and Players whose individual Game Tournament Scores are less than JT Kenney’s Game Tournament Score will receive negative points. Points will be assigned to each Player in descending numerical order according to the number of Entries received per individual Game Tournament, as further described below.
For each individual Game Tournament, the Player with the highest Game Tournament Score that is higher than JT Kenney’s Game Tournament Score (the “Top Finisher Player”) will receive one (1) point for each Entry received for that Game Tournament. The Player with the second highest Game Tournament Score that is higher than JT Kenney’s Game Tournament Score (“Second Place Player”) will receive one (1) less point than the Top Finisher Player. This assignment of points will continue for all Players that have a higher Game Tournament Score than JT Kenney. For example, if there are 100 Entries received for 2026 Bass Pro Tour Stage 1 and JT Kenney received the fifth highest Game Tournament Score (“Fifth Place Player”), the Top Finisher Player will receive 100 points, the Second Place Player will receive 99 points, the Third Place Player will receive 98 points and the Fourth Place Player will receive 97 points. The Players whose Game Tournament Scores are less than JT Kenney’s Game Tournament Score will receive negative points, starting with negative 1 point (-1 points) for the Player whose Game Tournament Score is less than JT Kenney’s but the highest from among the remaining Players and negative 2 points (-2 points) for the Player with the next highest Game Tournament Score. This assignment of negative points will continue for all Players who have a lesser Game Tournament Score than JT Kenney. Continuing the example above where JT Kenney is the Fifth Place Player, the Sixth Place Player will receive -1 points, the Seventh Place Player will receive -2 points, the Eighth Place Player will receive -3 points and so on until all remaining Players are assigned points. Please note: Players who do not create a Team and submit an Entry for a given Game Tournament will receive the lowest possible points for that Game Tournament. These points will be determined by taking the point score of the Player with the lowest assignment of points and subtracting one (1) more point. Continuing the example above where there are 100 Entries received for 2026 Bass Pro Tour Stage 1 and JT Kenney is the Fifth Place Player and the Player in last place received negative 95 points (-95 points), Players who do not create a Team and submit an Entry for the 2026 Bass Pro Tour Stage 1 Game Tournament will receive negative 96 points (-96 points).
After the Game has ended, each Player’s earned points over the course of the Season will be combined to determine the Player’s “Beat JT Kenney Game Overall Score”. The Player with the highest “Beat JT Kenney Game Overall Score” will be deemed the “Beat JT Kenney Game Prize Winner”.
In the event of a tie, the Player among the tied Players with the highest single Game Tournament Score will be deemed the potential Beat JT Kenney Game Prize Winner. If an additional tiebreaker is needed, the Player among the remaining tied Players with the earliest Official Entry Time for the 2026 Bass Pro Tour Stage 7 Game Tournament will be deemed the potential Beat JT Kenney Game Prize Winner.
IMPORTANT NOTE: The final official weights as determined by the Sponsor immediately following the completion of a Tournament will be the weights used to calculate the total weight and ultimately the potential winners of the Game. On rare occasions, the Sponsor may go back in the days and weeks following a Tournament and adjust the weights for purposes of the Tournament. These potential weight adjustments will not have any bearing on the results of the Game and will NOT affect a Player’s Game Tournament Scores, Overall Game Score or Beat JT Kenney Game Scores.
